SharePlay, available on devices running iOS 15.1, iPadOS 15.1, tvOS 15.1, or later, will allow subscribers to watch Disney+ series and movies with friends and family while on a FaceTime call. Disney said SharePlay will be available globally for the entire Disney+ catalog of content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic.
SharePlay support requires the latest version of the Disney+ app that is rolling out now on the App Store.
